  • As a first-time client, you'll receive a welcome email containing a link to activate your Bootsy's Buddies Client Portal, through Time To Pet. This portal is where you can schedule services, manage your account, and stay connected with our team—all in one convenient place.

    By logging into your portal (or using the Time To Pet mobile app), you'll have access to the following features:

    - Book or Cancel Services: Use our easy online scheduler to book or cancel services as needed.

    - View Upcoming Schedule: Check your upcoming schedule to ensure everything is correct.

    - Update Account Information: Modify your account details and emergency contacts.

    - Pet Care Preferences: Share information about your pets and their specific care preferences.

    - Upload Pet Photos: Save your favorite pet photos in the portal.

    - View Invoices and Payment History: Easily access your invoices and track your payment history.

    - Secure Payments: Make secure payments using your credit or debit card.

    - Direct Messaging: Communicate directly with us through the portal. You can contact both our admin team and your assigned walker or sitter, all within the platform.

  • Cancellation Policy

    At Bootsy's Buddies Pet Care, we value the time and dedication our team commits to ensuring your pet receives the best care. If you need to cancel a scheduled visit, we greatly appreciate your understanding in providing as much notice as possible.

    - Walks and Daytime Visits: If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund (100%).

    - Overnight Stays: For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund (100%) will be provided.

    Please note that cancellations made with less than the specified notice will incur the full service fee, as our dedicated staff has reserved that time exclusively for you and your furry friend. Thank you for your cooperation and for trusting us with your pet’s care!

  • No problem at all! We understand that plans can change in an instant, and we’re always here to accommodate your busy life. If there’s availability, we’ll be thrilled to arrange a walk or visit on short notice.

    While we’ll strive to connect you with your preferred walker or sitter, last-minute requests may be assigned to another trusted member of our team based on availability. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we’re here to help when you need us!

  • We believe that every adventure begins with safety and well-being! Before we set off on our walks, we kindly ask that all our furry companions are healthy, protected, and properly identified—ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

    To keep our paws on the right path, we recommend that all pets be:

    - Up to date on their core vaccinations, including puppy shots and boosters

    - Vaccinated for rabies, as required by state and local laws

    - Sporting a name tag with your current phone number and address for easy identification

    - Licensed by your local city or municipality

    - On a monthly flea and tick prevention regimen to keep those pesky critters at bay

  • Absolutely! We require a lockbox at your residence for secure key access. This not only keeps your key safe on-site but also ensures our team can deliver care when you need it most, even on short notice or during emergencies.

    Feel free to use your own lockbox, or if you prefer, we can provide a high-quality lockbox for just $30.

    Living in a secured building or have special access requirements? No problem — we’re here to collaborate with you and find the perfect solution. Just reach out, and we’ll make it happen!

    If you need to request services outside your usual days or hours, we will still prioritize scheduling your primary walker first. However, if they're unavailable, we may introduce you to another trusted team member who is already familiar with your pet's routine.

    Our mission is to offer personalized and reliable care that keeps your pet’s well-being at the heart of everything we do, with as much consistency as possible.

  • Understanding Payments Made Easy

    At Bootsy's Buddies Pet Care, we prioritize your security and convenience. Payments are seamlessly processed through your personalized online portal, ensuring peace of mind.

    On the first day of your booking, your preferred payment method will be charged automatically, so you can focus on what truly matters. If you wish to pay via Zelle or another method, please contact us before your booking begins.

    Want to show some extra appreciation? Feel free to add a tip anytime—before or after payment. Additionally, you can set a default percentage for future invoices, making it even easier to support our dedicated team. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

  • Absolutely! We’re here for you and your loved ones 365 days a year, including all major holidays. Just a heads up, holiday rates apply for services on those special days. We’re always ready to provide the care you need, no matter the occasion!

  • At Bootys's Buddies, we believe in building on the foundations of great training while your pup enjoys their time with us! During our initial meet-and-greet, we'll take the time to learn about your dog's current routine and the specific cues or behaviors you wish to reinforce.
